Combination Heater, Fan, Light, 70 CFM, 4.0 Sones, 1300W Heater
I just had a licensed electrition install this fan and then we turned it on, at least for ten seconds when the heating element burned out. I had it installed while doing a complete bathroom remodel and now I have to either tear a hole in my new ceiling or wait for a new heating element. Either way I will have to pay the electrition to come back out.

Our electrician installed this model yesterday and I am insisting that he replace it--it makes a very, very loud noise when you turn on the heat fan and seems to put out little heat.

Just as I expected it to be.
I may have considered the vent that was quieter if I were to choose again. This is not too noisy but I would ideally like it to be quieter. Easy install. looks great!

Heater is very noisy
I bought this product and installed myself. Only issue that I have is the noise that comes from the heater element when you turn it on. It's extremely loud to the point of really not wanting to use it. I am trying to see if I can isolate the noise and install some kind of dampers because I believe it's an issue with vibration within the metal housing.

works as planned
heater is powerful enough to easily heat the bathroom, the fan exhausts odors and steam, and this sheds plenty of light in the room (though I use it in conjunction with two other lights). This unit works perfectly in the small bathroom in the cabin we built.

Combination Heater, Fan, Light
Love this product. It was relatively easy to install with no surprises. It works very well. The heater output is very strong and warms our bathroom quickly.
Additionally the price was reasonable and delivery was prompt.
I recommend this product without reservation.
