No, The Omnia 12PR is reversible.

Can this lever be used on a 1 3/4" thick door?

The Omnia 12PR can be used on 1 3/8" and 2 3/8" thick doors.

Can this lever be used on a 1 3/4" thick interior door?

This will fit doors 1 3/8"- 1 3/4" thick.

Is this handle reversable?

The Omnia 12PR Privacy Leverset can be switched around to be reversed.

Is a square rosette available?

Unfortunately the Omnia 12PR unit doesn't come with a square rosette.
