Features:
- Fully enclosed AC motor with powerful 50 CFM Sirocco blower that operates at a whisper-quiet .3 Sones.
- Heavy-gauge galvanized steel and zinc fan housing is insulated to prevent condensation, and promotes durability through rust proof paint treatment applied to the exterior that impedes oxidation.
- Internal configuration of components allows the AC motor to operate at cooler temperatures, preventing degradation and increasing the lifespan of the motor and bearings.
- Motion sensor will automatically activate the fan upon one's entrance, and likewise shut off after leaving the room.
- Built-in backdraft damper prevents chilly, outside air from entering.
- Adjustable mounting brackets (up to 26 inches), 4" or 6" detachable adaptors, and a double-hanger bar system are all included to make the installation process user-friendly and trouble-free.
- UL Listing permits use in tub and shower enclosures when used with a GFCI branch circuit wire.
