What are the overall dimensions?

The Philips 30200 is 15.7" x 15.7".

does this take the round circline fluoresent bulbs - and have electronic ballast SL26 I am trying to find a replacement fixture. The bulbs are a 12 in and 16 inch circle?

The Philips 30200 do use the 40w fluorescent 2GX13 bulb. The bulb is a circular light bulb and the diameter is 12"
