What height faucet is recommended for this sink?

The Porcher 24000-01 would be best with a faucet with around a 5" spout height.

does this include the stand, sink and towel bar?

The Porcher 24000-01 includes everything you see except for the towel bar which is model # 84000-00.

Is this the sink and the pedestal stand?

The Porcher 24000-01 is only the pedistal. the -01 means it has one hole for any single-hole faucet. I hope this helps!
