What is the difference between this (Porcher 25031) and model 26031?

The Porcher 25031 does not include the drain assembly , and the Porcher 26031 does include the drain assembly.

So the pipes don't show with this one or do they once installed?

The Porcher 25031 will show the drain assembly and ptrap underneath this sink. This sink has no shroud covering that up.
