The Porcher 26020-00 Bathroom Sink is designed to be a wall mounted Lavatory Sink without pedestal, however you can still use the Porcher 21970-00 Solutions Pedestal to hide the P-trap and Waterlines.

Drain assemblies are generally provided with the faucet you order. But if you're looking for a generic 'clicker' pop up drain, I would recommend Kraus's PU-11, found here: http://www.faucetdirect.com/kraus-pu-11-pop-up-drain-with-overflow/p717981
The sink will be supplied with lag bolts that attach to a cross brace that you will need to supply. The 221558 will coordinate nicely and it is a popular choice.
