Very nice set! We were having a hard time finding a quality shower set in town at our local outlets at a reasonable price. Found this one online, ordered it and we were very pleased. Nice heavy metal, not plastic like so many now. Works beautifully without any issues. Husband installed it with no problems. Had to return spout due to some cosmetic blems but Faucet Direct was very good about it and it was a painless transaction. Delivery on original purchase was about 3 days, replacement took about a week. October 30, 2010

Avoid this product Do not buy this product. It may look nice but the one I got had a bend in it. When installed, it leaked from the cold water faucet. I called Improvement Direct, who were very helpful in trying to get me a replacement part. However, I had to deal with Premier Faucet and their supposed Customer Service and Quality Assurance dept. They agreed to send me a replacement valve, which took 11 days to get to me via ground shipping. The part they sent was wrong and when I finally got the right person on the phone to complain, all he said was he could try to send out the "right" part. No expediting the order, no apologies. Too bad for me. I am now into day 16 without a properly working shower and waiting on a part that may or may not solve the problem. I am very very unhappy with Premier faucet and would never buy one of their products again. September 16, 2010

Works Well It was difficult to locate shower hardware in brushed nicked with 3 handles for my older tub but this fit the bill. Pretty and works well. September 3, 2010

nice quality at a good price I bought this faucet set for a Japanese style soaker tub that I built while remodeling my bathroom in slate tile. It looks great and the metal is solid. I love the brushed nickle look with the slate. I couldn't beat the price and even though I didn't need the shower head, it was still a good deal compared to the prices I found in stores for similar items. July 25, 2010
