what are the hight and width dimensions on this fixture

The Progress Lighting P3475 has a width of 12-1/2" and a height of 7-3/8".

The brushed nickel looks shiny. Is it brushed or polished?

The Progress Lighting P3475 in brushed nickel will have a little bit of a shine to it but it is not completely reflective.
