Functional and beautiful We bought this light fixture for our breakfast nook and it fits perfectly over our small round table and matches the style of the room very well. Can I purchase a replacement glass bowl?

Thank you for your question! Bowls are available for replacement with part # 93021336 in satin nickel and part# 93009812 in forged bronze finish.

Can this light be installed in a drop ceiling (suspended ceiling?) if so how?

The Progress Lighting P3843 is designed to be dropped from the ceiling on a chain

Is it possible to purchase the Forged Bronze fixture but with the white glass bowl?

Progress Lighting P3843 cannot be purchased with a mix of white glass bowl and forged bronze fixture.

can you use cfl bulbs with this light?

The Progress Lighting P3843 has not been tested with CFL bulb use so it is not recommended to try and use one in this fixture.

What is meant by "dual mount"?

The Progress Lighting P3843 can be mounted with or without the chain.

What length of chain is available?

The Progress Lighting P3843 comes with 6 feet of chain.

Can this be used in a bathroom?

The Progress Lighting P3843 is UL listed for damp locations, so can be used in a bathroom as long as it's not directly above a bathtub, or inside a shower enclosure.
