Will this fixture hold a regular 12" fluorescent bulb?

The Progress Lighting P7004 takes a F8T5 which is a 8 watt bulb and is 12" long.

How can I purchase a replacement diffuser?

Unfortunately, a replacement diffuser is not offered for the Progress Lighting P7004. The fixture would need to be replaced.
