10 Ways to become Efficient

The process is called setting back. The programable thermostat will allow you to render the space comfortable prior to you waking or arriving. Most allow four periods per 24 hrs. The heating or air conditioning is designed to heat or cool ...the air not the structure. If the structure is allowed to heat up the system will struggle to cool the air. We recommend putting the set back point no warmer than 5 degrees above your desired temp and during heat waves leave at desired temp. If the space is allowed to get warmer than 10-12 degrees most systems will not be able to satisfy. During the regular season setting back will save substantially. As in most things you get what you pay for. $50.00 -$100 .00 will get you something reliable. Great site guys!

If you are on a budget and have a window which has too much heat and sun coming in, in the summer, get one of those emergency blankets from the camping area of wal-mart and tape it shiny side out over the window. Be sure to tape it completely around the edge to prevent hot air from coming in. It will really cool it down. You can tape it over mini blinds so it can't be seen from the street and then pull the curtains so it can't be seen from the inside also.

The Green Bathroom

In the new millennia the group of environmentally concerned people is growing. People are more and more concerned with emissions, wastes, pollution, global warming, deforesting, animal cruelty and a whole slough of problems. The good news is governments, corporations, and contractors are responding. You as a home owner or a professional have a lot of options when it comes to how to make your home “green” and save the environment, or hopefully a lot of cash.

Installing A Toilet

Together with the kitchen, the bathroom is a place in your home that people take note of. So let’s get started.
