Quality fixture The Quoizel CL1265 Outdoor Ceiling Fixture is truly beautiful and just the right size for smaller areas. Our front entry has a very low overhang and the original hanging fixture hung too low. This flush mount fixture added interest and beauty. We're very happy with the quality and the look. Can this light be installed as a ceiling light indoors?

The Quoizel CL1265 is able to be installed indoors. It's just rated to handle the moisture and temperature changes that occur outside.

Is the 10" D listed the diameter of the glass shade 0r of the brass bass?

The Quoizel CL1265 shade diameter is 8" and the total diameter of the fixture is 10".
