Beautiful Down Light
Stunning! Elegant and modern and contemporary with a bit of a retro 1950's look in the lampshade. It exceeded my expectations and I am so glad I bought it. The lampshade is a manilla color, not white, but don't let that stop you from buying it -- it really looks fantastic. I would not hesitate buying other Quoizel products. Love it!!

great light, cheap shade
The lighting fixture is perfect, however, the shade is cream-colored, cheap and ugly. It is finished with raw edge seams for the side seam. How hard would it be to turn the raw edge under before gluing in place? Also, the band of fabric trimming the top and bottom of the shade is just a raw edge as well!
On the hunt for a new shade--white, no cream. I don't like the yellow light it casts as night.

Lovely
Arrived quickly and in perfect condition.
We weren't totally sure about this style. We were afraid it might be too modern. But we're remodeling a 1970s addition so any fixture would be an improvement. :-)
Once installed, the fixture immediately updated the room w/o being overly contemporary-looking. My husband, who's pretty picky, gazes at the chandelier every day and comments how nice it is.

Beautiful
The only reason that I wouldn't give this 5 stars is the color of the shade. I assumed it would be pure white and it isn't - more of an off white. However, the glass diffuser is pure white and now that it's hanging up I absolutely love it. I almost returned it because of the color but now I'm very happy that I didn't. Lots of compliments from everyone that sees it. Also, it is very well made and the glass balls pick up a very soft light - it's on a dimmer switch over the dining room table and the lighting is perfect.

Beautiful
The pendant is really pretty. I love the contempory style. I was hoping for a really white shade, but it is off white. I still love it though.
