Does the Quoizel DW5005 come in different finishes? I see it comes in polished chrome, but I might like brushed nickel or antique finish better.
Unfortunately this item is only offered in chrome.

Beautiful Chandelier
I had been searching forever for a beautiful but inexpensive chandelier for my remodel. Our style is retro-modern and this fit the bill to a TEE! We have had this in our dining room for almost a year and still stop and stare at this beautiful chandelier - often! We got tons of compliments on it. It looks (and feels) very high end and for the price - it couldn't be more perfect!

Wifes favorite purchase of new remodel
Bought as an after thought to replace old dining room chandelier, and wow, what a great afterthought. Highly recommended and came quickly.

Beautiful!
This Chandelier is beautiful! I was replacing lights in a 13 yr old home to update and this does the trick. Fixture is heavy so needs a good support and the chain is almost impossible to open to shorten length but this speaks to the quality of the materials. Great buy.

This is an absolutely beautiful chandelier that gets nothing but compliments! I am so pleased with this purchase that I even bought two of the matching sconces for my foyer which are also GORGEOUS! I LOVE this collection!

I love this fixture! We purchased a house built in 1980 and none of fixtures have ever been changed. My husband found it easy to install. Everyone that sees it, loves it! I would recommend the fixture and the website.

can a black shade be substituted for the white one?

I'm concerned the fixture may hang too low. Can it be hung without the chain and if so, what is that measurement from the ceiling?
Yes the chain can be shortened. The height is 26"
If we don't have a junction box in the ceiling, can this light be swagged over the dining table?
The Quoizel DW5005 doesnt come with a plug and needs a junction box.
what is the minimum this fixture can be hung down from the ceiling? Pls include total minimum height (from ceiling to the bottom of fixture). Thanks!
The Quoizel DW5005 is 26"(H), the canopy is 1.5"(H) and you must use a few links of chain. So the approximate minimum height would be 30"(H).
Does the 26" height measurement include the chain?
The 26" is for the Quoizel DW5005 is for the light itself. This item comes with a chain about 9' long.
can this be installed in a bathroom over a bath tub?
The Quoizel DW5005 is Not UL list for damp or wet locations. Therefore, it can be installed over a bath not a shower.
