Is height of fixture variable with different down rod lengths? If so, what is minimum height?

This item does adjust in height as it includes 2 6" and 2 12" stems as well as chain. The minimum height is 30"

How do you mount this to the ceiling? Does it require additional parts to install?

The Quoizel ER353 is mounted to the ceiling using the included canopy. No additional parts are required for installation. I have placed this item in a cart and emailed it to you for easier viewing and assistance in ordering if you decide to do so.

What is the minimum distance from the ceiling that this fixture can be installed? Please include the height of the fixture in your response.

The minimum height you can install the Quoizel ER353 is 30".

Can this light work in an international country?

The Quoizel ER535 cannot be converted for international use.
