This product was just what we were looking for! Great quality, easy to install and it arrived promptly.

Color me... underwhelmed
Palladian bronze" is more like black, which means this lamp doesn't blend especially well with our existing oil-rubbed bronze motif. You also get a much different impression from the side views. From the bottom, the lamp is more like a big white circle (yes, white, not off-white as it appears in the photo) with a little black nipple in the middle and a black ring around it.
We're not wholly dissatisfied with it, but we will probably replace it in time with something more suitable. I should point out that the big plus of this lamp is that it has a refined, minimalist, modern-style design that works well even in a traditional arts & crafts house like ours.

Great light fixture!
We're very pleased with this light fixture in our kitchen. It is handsome but not ostentatious. Using it with 3 60-W equivalent CFL bulbs for now. The light is soft (in part because we also chose a "soft white" CFL bulb). I imagine that the light could be sharper with some brighter "daylight" bulbs, no problem. We're happy with the warm glow, though. Install was a bit of a challenge, but we are not very experienced, and we did a good job without too much trouble.

Arrived very quickly, in perfect condition.
Looks as beautiful in our room as we had hoped it would -- nice and dressy.
