Excellent Choice This unique mosaic light is much more beautiful than the pictures depicts. It has a variety of earth tone colors and is a great focal point for the dining room. When it is lit, it portrays a variety of colors. It is an excellent choice if you want something unique. April 3, 2011

Could this light be extended to work on a vaulted ceiling in an entrance way?

A. The Quoizel MY2816 is well suited for an entrance way with a vaulted ceiling. You do not mention how high the ceiling is, but you can get extra chain and if need be, have it rewired.

I'm concerned whether this fixture gives off enough light for coverage over a table in the kitchen. i have no other lighting and the kids do there homework here etc. Currently I have a light the faces down. Any thoughts?

A. The Quoizel MY2816 will most likely not give off as much light as a down light. You might want to reconsider a down light for enought light.
