Great experience and product This fixture is exactly what I was looking for and looks beautiful in our new powder bath. The order was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. If the fixture came in black I would order 2 more for the master bath because it looks so great. I will always check Lighting Direct first for my lighting needs. December 4, 2010

How far does this fixture extend into the room? I am looking for lighting over a 7.5 " deep surface mounted cabinet.

The Quoizel NL8603 extends into the room 7".

How many inches from crossbar to bottom of glass shade?

The crossbar to the bottom of the glass shade is 2 ½” for the Quoizel NL8603.

The width of 22 inches- is that the total widest part of the light including the glass, or just the cross bar? I have a narrow space to work with-22 total max width would just fit.

The Quoizel NL8603 has a total width of 22" which includes the shades.

What is the length of the shade? Will a CFC bulb fit entirely within the shade?
