Is the total height 12.5"? What does the extension "7" mean?
The Quoizel NY8315 has a total height of 12.5" and the extension/projection is 7".
Can this light work with a dusk-to-dawn sensor? Will it take a 23 W or greater flourescent bulb
The Quoizel NY8315 can work with a dtd sensor and can use bulbs up to 150w.
What type of coat protection is used?
The Quoizel NY8315 bakes the polished brass finish on the item, which will keep it on the fixture. There is no other coating over the top of that. They recommend using a car wax on the metal one a year, this keeps up the finish and helps it last longer.
Does it include a photocell?
The Quoizel NY8315 does not include a photocell.
