How long is it from the back plate to where the middle of the light bulb socket is?

The Quoizel TY8603 measures 5" from the center of the backplate to the top of the glass.

What is the difference between the finishes: antique nickel and empire silver?

The antique nickel and empire silver are very similar except the antique nickel has a slightly warmer tone to it.

What is the difference between the finishes: antique nickel and empire silver?

Antique nickel will have a bit of a yellow tone to it where the empire silver will look more like traditional silver.

Can it be installed up or down?

The Quoizel TY8603 can only be installed facing up.

Does the shade have a neck or is the bottom of the light flat?

The Quoizel TY8603 shade does have a neck at the bottom, and replacement glass is part number G2440SH.

Is this reversible?

The Quoizel TY8603 is to be installed as up lighting only.
