What is the width of the fixture without chain? I am able to see the width in the technical specs box at lower right of screen, but not a height.

This item measures 8"w x 12"h.

Does this come with a chain and the wiring cord?

The Quorum International Q791 comes with 8 feet of chain and 10 feet of wire.

does this finish have any grey tints to it?

The Quorum International Q791 is a flat black color with no grays. Hope this helps!
