The Rev-A-Shelf 448-BC-11C does work with frameless cabinets. The rub brushings may need to be altered before installing, but everything else will install properly. This is for a 15" cabinet but the minimum inside width is 11.125" as the organizer is 11" wide.
The Rev-A-Shelf 448-BC-11C will not be wide enough for your vanity. The 448 series would be a better fit for your set up. Its 448-BC-14C.
