Ridgid 23332 Reviews

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ridgid Flaring Tool Ridgid 23332 345 Flaring Tool. 45 degree SAE Flares. Hinge on the flaring bar is very very loose, not like the one I have had for 30 years. I called Ridgid to tell them what a piece of garbage it is, and they exchanged it 3 times! with the same result. Go with the Imperial Eastman

Rated 5 out of 5 by from smart move to buy this I have several flaring tools that after a few flares the tubing slipps and a bad flare. With this tool I have no such problems, I just did my truck with all new brake lines and had all perfect flares.

  • What is the difference between the 23332 and 23337? The later is more expensive but seems to have fewer dies.

    A. The Ridgid 23337 has a double lap adapter, which means it does the double flares. You do need to purchase the tubing cutter separately, the 23332 would need the 24797 kit and the 23337 would need tubbing cutter 33927.
