• Hand-tufted rugs use high quality materials and the finished product is meant to mimic that of a hand-knotted rug. The difference lies in the details. Hand-tufted rugs are made without tying knots and instead are made by a rug-maker using a tufting gun, which pushes material through a pre-determined design. This process is much more efficient than hand-knotting which is what reduces the cost of the rug.

When choosing a rug, it is important to know that the sizing of the rug can affect the room just as much as the appearance. To minimize errors, we greatly suggest measuring your space for accurate results.:

• Small (2’x3’ to 3’x5’): These smaller rugs are meant to be great accent pieces for doorways, hearths or smaller conversation areas.
