A double cylinder dead bolt is usually removed by a set screw located on the interior.
Yes, we can key the deadbolt to a specific key code if provided.
A double cylinder deadbolt requires a key on the interior as well as the exterior. A single cylinder (more common) only has the keyhole on the exterior, and a thumbturn to operate the latch on the interior.

The Schlage B62 can only be mounted unto up to 1 3/4" door. If you would like to mount this to a 2" thick door you will need to purchase an additional THICK DOOR KIT from Schlage.
Grade 1 is the best. The lower the grade, the better.
The Schlage B62 double cylinder lock is does not have the SecureKey feature.
