Single-Cylinder Deadbolt for B600 Series

The deadbolt is thrown or retracted by a key from the outside or by a turn unit on the inside.

Single cylinder outside, turn inside
Deadbolt: 1 1/8" x 2 1/4", Square corner faceplate, 1" housing diameter, 1" throw
Strike: 1 1/8" x 2 3/4", Square corner box
Standard Door Thickness: 1 5/8" - 2". For door thickness between 1-3/8" to 2-1/2" an additional door thick kit is required.

Does this deadbolt meet ADA requirements?

The Schlage B660P is not ADA compliant.

Is the pick shield removable so this lock can work on 1-1/2" cross bore doors?

Yes, the Schlage B660P deadbolt's pick shield is removable to fit a 1-1/2" cross bore, and it won't even void the warranty.

What is the part number for the thick door kit?

The Schlage B660P will need the Schlage B202-547 as the thick door installation kit.
