What is the diamater of the circular plate?

The Schlage F170-ACC-RH has a rosette diameter of 2 3/4".

what's the difference between the oil-rubbed bronze and antique bronze. I've seen the antique bronze it oil-rubbed same color without the gold-ish antique touch?

Oil rubbed bronze is darker and more brown like a chocolate. The Antique Bronze is more brazen and gold.

Are the screws exposed?

The Schlage F170-ACC-RH has exposed screws.
