The difference between the Schlage F58-CAM and the F62 is the cylinder. The F58 is single cylinder and the F62 is the double cylinder.
The Schlage F58-CAM dummy would be F170-ACC-LH or F170-ACC RH.
The Schlage F58-CAM is not a securekey. But the Schlage F58-CAM-SK is it's securekey version.
This item is only keyed on the deadbolt. Sounds like you need a 2-point lock like the Kwikset Gibson, # 553-GN-LIP-S.
The Schlage F58-CAM comes with either a knob or a lever. You can actually choose the interior pack you would like. To choose the interior pack, simply add the item to the cart. The next page will ask you to configure the item. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance. Thank you.
The Schlage F58-CAM will not need handing specified, The interior pack, that will require handing. The RH numbers will be the right handed ones. The left handed versions have LH at the end.
Single means one side has a keyed entry while the other has a thumb latch. Double means there is a keyed entry on both sides and Dummy means it is not real (double doors/ French doors).
The Schlage F58-CAM will go with the dummy version, F92-CAM.

The Schlage F58-CAM can be keyed alike to a current Schlage handle set.
You will want to use the F92-CAM to match up with the F58-Cam. Make sure you choose the interior packs from the same series so the interiors match as well.
Determining handing is done by standing on the Outside of the door and looking to see what side the hinges are on. If from the outside, the hinges are on the left, you need a left handed set.

The Schlage F58-CAM protrudes 2.75" from the face of the door.
The Schlage 16-203 deadlatch will work for the F58-CAM.
The Interior Pack F59-ACC-CAM is compatible with the exterior pack F58-CAM.
