Good product/Great Service We needed a replacement front door set and all the local hardware stores no longer carry the 'full inside plate' style, which we needed to cover up existing holes etc. At 1st I special ordered it through Home Depot, then went home and found Handlesets.com who was able to get it to me in 2 days (HomeDepot 10 business days) at almost half the cost. But best of all was the friendly and super helpful service when I had to call in to the 888 number for help, she answered all my questions and knew I was concerned with the delivery speed so she followed up everyday for the 2 days during transportation, and then called me a couple of days after that to make sure we got it installed okay and were happy! Happy . . . YES May 22, 2011
