My interior handle sticks out to the left and we have to open the door from the interior with our left hand. The pictures look opposite. Which one do we need?

The handing of a door is determined by the side the hinges are on from the exterior of the door. For example, if your hinges are on the right had side from the exterior, the door is right handed.
