is there any difference between the fe575 & the fe595? I am considering the lock for an exterior entrance door to a warehouse with maybe 10 to 15 unlocks per day and about 10 users.

The FE575 has an automatic relock while the FE595 gives you the option to set it from automatic relock to staying unlocked.
