Enter the programming code and wait for the three beeps and for the "Schlage" button to turn orange. Press the "Schlage" button and the number 2 on the keypad. Press the four-digit user code you want to delete and wait for the three beeps. Press the same user code again and wait for the long beep.

To replace the battery on the Schlage FE595-CAM-ACC, you need to remove the inside handle. To do that remove the 2 screws above and below the handle. After that the 9V battery will be exposed and ready to replace. After you've swapped batteries reinstall the handle and make sure lock is straight before tightening the screws.
The Schlage FE595-CAM-ACC, and all other Schlage electronic locks, can store up to nineteen (19) four-digit user codes.

Yes, you can get different knobs and levers with the Schlage FE595-CAM-ACC. Type "FE595" in the search bar and then all the different option come up, such as Flair Lever, Georgian Knob, etc.
After a valid code has been entered, a series of eight high/low beeps sound and the Schlage button flashes red. The lock operates as normal immediately following the alerts. The battery should be replaced as soon as possible to ensure optimal performance.
The Schlage FE595-CAM-ACC can be used for exterior use and would be fine to install on a door under a porch.
The Schlage FE595-CAM-ACC - I would suggest installing a slide bar on the upper portion of the door that the tall people can reach, but small hands cannot. Either that or there are products out there for "child proofing" your home that you can install over door knobs that children have a difficult time opening.
The Schlage FE595-CAM-ACC is weather resistant, but is recommended for indoor use.
To restore factory settings on the FE595-CAM-ACC you can just disconnect the battery. Press Schlage, reconnect the battery, and then Hold the Schlage button.

The Schlage FE595-CAM-ACC is able to hold up to 19 different codes I believe.
The Schlage FE595-CAM-ACC uses the same door preperation as your handle, so that wont be a problem.
