elegant & inexpensive Sea Gull Lighting product 4723 (2-light bathroom fixture) is simple, elegant and inexpensive. I've used it both in my condo in Florida and my new one in suburban Washington and been very satisfied with each installation. July 3, 2011

Can this be put up with lights shining down as well?

Unfortunately this fixture is only made to be an uplight.
