This light looks great. It is elegant and classic at the same time. The amount of light it throws off is perfect for our 10 ft. ceiling in an area that connects our kitchen, family room and powder room. It is a very nice light with a great price point! January 31, 2010

What is the total distance from the ceiling when it is mounted? We have a door that may interfere with a light hanging too low.
