Really Nice Lights!
We hung 3 of these over our island in a newly remodeled kitchen. We love that they accomodate a 100 watt bulb and can be dimmed. They are made well and provide nice soft light.......they coordinate well with the other fixtures in the collection that we purchased (also very nice).

Is the 58" height achievable with just rods or must chain be used also?
The chain included with the Sea Gull Lighting 61060 is an optional hanger assembly. The height of 58" is with the downrod as with chain, the light would be adjustable.
Is the fixture metal and not plastic? Are there adapters for a track? Which track would we order?
The Sea Gull Lighting 61060 is made of steel, this light does not require a track system, and it is a mono point light.
Can the Seagull Lighting 61060 be hung from a sloped ceiling just by the chain?
Yes, it can mount with just the chain.

If you pull up the Sea Gull Lighting 44060, and select the bronze finish it shows a good picture of the finish.

The Sea Gull Lighting 61060 takes a 100w Medium Base bulb in either incandescent or fluorescent units.

The Sea Gull Lighting 61060 is only available as shown, if you want a different colored shade you would need to purchase an additional shade. The shortest you can hang this including the globe would be 8" when using the chain.
