Stiebel Eltron DHC-E 12, Point-of-Use, Tankless Electric Water Heater
Features:
- Compact, vent-free design allows flexibility in installation
- With a maximum flow rate of 2 GPM, this tankless water heater is perfect for point-of-use installation at an ultra-low flow hand washing sink
- By heating water on demand and not using stand-by energy to store heated water, tankless water heaters offer increased energy efficiency
- Equipped with overheat safety protection and thermal protection reset
- ANSI approved, UL listed, low lead compliant, and approved for use in both residential and commercial applications
- Self-modulating technology monitors the incoming water temperature, as well as flow rate and temperature of the water through the heater, to adjust electrical usage to ensure the water is heated as efficiently as possible
- Covered by a 3-year limited warranty for parts, as well as a 7-year warranty against leakage
