Does the bidet come with the bidet faucet/handles?

The Toto BT500B is just the bidet bowl. A bidet faucet must be purchased separately.

Does it have horizontal spray ability too?

The Toto BT500B is vertical spray only.

Can you please tell me the exact Model# of the faucet on the bidet in the picture above?

The Toto BT500B with the picture of the bidet faucet has a random faucet applied (that we do not have model number for) I have reviewed a few of our faucets and find that the Moen T5210 would be the closest model to match.

what faucets and handles fit this bidet?

Any bidet faucet that is a three-hole vertical spray controls with vacuum breaker will work. A few suggestions would be the Moen T5225, Danze D326454, Danze D326055, or the American Standard 3475.501.

What color matches Kohler Almond?

The Toto BT500B in the bone finish is the closest to the Kohler Almond finish.
