Toto Dual flush elongated 10" rough toilet
Needed to have a 10" rough after I built a wall to close to the flange. I shopped around and found Faucet Direct willing to price match from a competitors website. The sales person was helpful. I came back to this person because I had purchased other items from Faucet Direct in the past and had received good service from this person. So from the price match and the good service, I returned and made the purchase. I will be back again for other purchases.
As for the toilet, we are in the middle of a major bathroom remodel and have not installed the toilet yet. My neighbors has the same toilet and expect the same quality and performance as his. Hopefully will be installed in about 2 weeks.

Looks great
We bought this for a pool house bathroom because we needed something a little smaller. Love it. Looks updated with clean lines. We are actually going to replace the toliets in our home with this one. I love the push button flush. Saves water with two flush modes.

Very Happy!
We bought this toilet because of the great reviews Toto toilets have and because of the smooth sides for easy cleaning! After years of trying to keep toilets clean I wanted something without nooks and crannies. This toilet is very easy to clean and stays that way! The only down side, is because of the confirguration inside the bowl, some times you get um....."stickage" and not everything is flushed down. Otherwise it's a great toilet, well made and easy to clean. Would replace our other 3 toilets with this one if we could afford it!

Do you have a 10", elongated toilet with comfort height?
The only 10" elongated comfort height toilets we sell are commercial toilets. Such as the Toto CT705EN.
Does this toilet come in a 19 or 18 inch height?
The Toto CST412MF.10 is 17.25 inches tall. Toto does not currently make a residential toilet that is 18-19 inches tall.
Does this toilet come with the toilet seat?
The Toto CST412MF.10 does not include the toilet seat.
Since the e-max flushing system is the quietest, how does the dual-max compare?
These two are very similar in how quiet they are. I would say the e-max is a little more durable and little bit more quiet. But there both great items.
What is the difference between model CST416MF and CST416MF.10?
The Toto CST412MF.10 has a 10 inch rough-in (Distance from the wall to the center of the waste drain pipe) and the CST412MF is a 12 inch rough-in. I hope this helps!

The difference between the Aquia series are: The Aquia I and III are the same except the Aquia I can be ordered in multiple colors and a 10" rough in. The Aquia III can only be ordered in white. The Aquia II is the same except it is not ADA compliant.

The Toto CST412MF.10 does have several white options. The Cotton is going to be the true white. The Colonial White will be more of an off white.
