Neat looking toilet This is a very nice looking toilet that goes great in our 1/2 bath. It's smooth features make it easy to clean. The two-button flushing option is great for conserving water. August 24, 2011

Very Disappointed We live in rural area on a personal sewer system (septic) and thought that a low-flow, dual flush system would be a good purchase. The name of this product should be a 'no-flow, no-flush' system. We are replacing the toilet with something that actually cleans the bowl when it flushes. So much for saving water when you have to double or triple flush on every use. If you are okay scrubbing your toilet bowl after every use and flushing multiple times then this is the toilet for you! excellent toilet Very pleased with both appearance and performance of this Toto toilet. Easy to clean with the smooth lines at the base and looks very modern in my contemporary home. Really like the water saving feature of the low and high flush options. My plumber recommended this toilet and HE gave it a thumb's up for ease of installation. January 31, 2011

CAn you tell what the difference is between the CST412MF and CST464MF

The Toto CST412MF and the Toto CST464MF are the exact same units the only difference is item CST464MF is watersense certified which helps not use as much water.

Is there a non-plastic (molded wood?) seat available for this toilet?

The Toto 300 series of toilet seats are wood; I would look for a seat within that collection that has the same specs as the SS204 or SS164 (the recommended seats for this toilet).

how do I know what seat to order with it? easy, quiet, slow close....

The Toto CST412MF would use the Toto SS204 toilet seat.

What is the difference between comfort height,,universal,,,and ADA

Comfort height and ADA are the same thing. They are both a couple inches taller than a universal size.

what is the difference between cst412mf and cst416m?

The Toto CST412MF has a seat, and the CST416M does not.

This toilet does not include a seat. Toto recommends the SS204 toilet seat
