Good product, great service The toilet is beautiful and works great. This is my first time to replace a toilet and could not believe it is so simple to replace one. My neighbour told me it took him one day to change a toilet due to the adjustment of tank and stuff in it. This one probably takes me 20 minutes. You still can hear the noise of filling water. It takes about 20 seconds or 30 seconds at most. I have a little bit issue with one toilet and the sales rep helped me to resolve it immediately. Great customer service and strongly recommended, especially for Canadians. With all kinds of fees, duties and tax, it is still much cheaper than buying in Canada. March 2, 2011

Might as well have the best toilet This toilet came quickly as promised to was on site when plumber was to be present. It works great, uses so much less water, bills went down. The soft down seat is worth the investment. Got the ADA compliant for the bedroom bathroom. The height is great easy to get on and off. This are the things you worry about later in life. Great toilet This is the 3rd Toto toilet we've ordered to replace the three 16+ year old Kohler toilets that were in our bathrooms. This is a really good toilet and we haven't had any flushing/pressure issues like we had with the Kohler toilets. July 25, 2009

is this considered comfort height?

The Toto MS854114S is not considered comfort height. If a toilet is comfort height, it will say that it is ada compliant.

What is defferent between "colonial white" and "cotton"color?

Cotton is the whitest white & Colonial White is an off white color.

What is the overall length?

This item measures 28"L

Can I convert this to a 10" rough in?

The Toto MS854114S is to be used with a 12" rough in only

how high is the toilet

This toilet has a seat height of 14 1/2" and a overall height of 27 1/8"

Is this toilet quiet or does it have a loud flush? Does it come with saniglaze?

The Toto MS854114S employs a quiet flushing system but does not have the Sanagloss coating but if you order the MS854114SG it will have the quiet flush & the Sanagloss coating. Please let me know if you need any help!
