What is the spout length?

The Toto TS960E spout length is 5-3/4".

How do you use this spout and the soiree shower series at the same time?

You will need to use a 3-way diverter to allow you to choose between the spout, the spray or both at the same time.

If I purchase this in Brushed Nickel, what 8" center set 2 handle lavatory faucet is available to match this?

The Toto TS960E will match the Kohler brushed nickel finish

What valve trim do I need for this tub spout if I am only using it for whirlpool tub (no shower).

You would not use a valve trim, you would use a Tub Filler Faucet. Toto has, in the same collection, the Toto TB960DD.

Can this spout be used in place of any non-diverter spout?

Yes, as long as it has the same type of connection.

What is the flow rate?

The Toto TS960E flow rate is determined from the valve flow rate and your PSI.
