Pop Up Drain with Overflow
Finally solved our problem!
We had been searching for a pop up drain WITH OVERFLOW that would work with our vessel sinks for over 6 months when we finally came across this one. Other drains we tried had a single drain with an opening not low enough on the shaft to match our sink overflow opening. This one has multiple drain openings low enough on the shaft to be mounted right at the bottom of the sink and therefore drain all the water. It appears to be superbly constructed, and pops up higher than other drains we've tried which allows for excellent drainage out of the sink (no "pooling" of water while draining).

Looks great but hard to make watertight
When I received this drain I was impressed by its solidity and overall construction quality. Plating was great and the good silicone seals look like they'll last.
However, installing into a Kohler K2319 Bancroft basin, I found that the bottom seal simply does not seal against the threads and would drip no matter how much I tightened it. I was able to get a seal only after I stretched self-fusing silicone tape into the threads and then built up additional layers to meet the original bottom seal.
I'll also note that the slots for the overflow are quite above the bottom seal so that perhaps an ounce of water will always be retained between the drain and the sink.
On the other hand, I'm not a plumber and maybe I did this all wrong.
