Virtu USA Products are 100% handmade by skilled and experienced craftsmen.  The modern vanity line is constructed from solid rubber wood and solid oak.  The drawers are structured with the doweled joint method for strength.  Quality hinges and sliders operate the doors and drawers.  All of our modern vanity doors come with European soft closing mechanisms.  Virtu USA uses a 7 layer coating system to ensure a quality finished product.  Our traditional product lineup features an A grade veneer finish with the vanity sitting on a solid birch frame construction.  The veneer is a truly unique and magnificent design that presents a natural wood look and feel.  All transitional models also come complete with a matching veneered mirror.  The classic traditional vanities feature elegantly crafted curved lines.  Our traditional models are also constructed with a birch frame, composite panels, and are hand finished with a seven layer coating system.  Virtu USA vanities fulfills a complete portfolio for any design application.

Rubberwood

Rubberwood is a hardwood from the maple family of sap producing trees.  Maple syrup is made from sugar maple tree saps.  Latex is made from the sap product of rubberwood trees.  These trees can grow to be 75 feet with a width diameter of four feet.  Rubber trees have a 30 year life span of sap production.  In the past, rubber trees would often be chopped for firewood or discarded after the tree stops production.  Fortunately, the furniture industry has learned of the great qualities that rubberwood offers.  Rubberwood is very strong and highly resistant to bio build, such as fungus and mold.  In addition, rubberwood has dense characteristics that make for easy kiln drying.  Today, rubberwood is one of the top choices for durable high end home furnishings in any application.  Furthermore, rubberwood has been categorized as an eco friendly lumber with its additional destiny to serve and touch the lives of its furniture owner.

Cleaning and Care Instructions

Virtu USA vanities are treated with several types of sealants to protect against moisture and humidity in the bathroom environment.  To ensure durability for years to come, please follow our cleaning and caring instructions.  Wood surfaces should be cleaned with wood care products such as soapy water or Pledge.  The wood surfaces should only come in direct contact with a soft cloth and never with any coarse materials that may scratch and discolor the surface.  Continuous and prolonged exposure to moisture may damage or discolor the wood.  Wiping the surfaces dry after each use is highly recommended to maintain the natural beauty of the product.  Please avoid using products that contain bleach or ammonia.  Damages due to improper care and cleaning will void the warranty and may result in a refusal for return or exchange
