When the light is on the low switch, what is the wattage? When it is on high, is the lighting diffused or is a "spot" lighting? I'm hoping the high setting will provide a work light, but the low switch will give ambiance lighting.
A. The WAC Lighting BA-LIX-2 will provide adequate light in a work situation, a lot of the light is going to depend on the surface that it is pointing at. This light is not a spot light; it is very different from a spot light.

I'm installing 5 light bars. One is 36" and four are 12". Can I install with hard wire and control with a wall dimmer switch?
A. Yes on the sides it has knockouts you can use to hardwire.
I need an under cabinet that is less than 11.5 inches and a plug too?
A. If you are looking for an under cabinet light that is less than 11.5 inches and has a plug I suggest Kichler 10562. It is 7 inches and has a plug.
