This transformer is a non-enclosed low voltage electronic transformer designed to be used as a replacement part for factory installed transformers or installed in a properly listed enclosure.
Features:
- Built-in auto reset
- Soft start technology - delayed start feature extends lamp life by delaying the abrupt inrush current to the lamp
- Short and overload circuit protection features
- Compatible with electronic low voltage (ELV) dimmers - always install dimmers on the primary side of the transformer
- All connections must be made in an enclosure for proper installations
