Is this lighting adequate for under cabinet use?

The WAC Lighting LED-T-2IN can be used for under cabinet use.

is this dimmable, is there a warm white light option

The WAC Lighting LED-T-2IN is dimmable but does not have a warm white light option.

I want to do LED strip lights for under my cabinets. What all do i need to purchase to do this, like power cord and such?

The WAC Lighting LED-T-2IN needs a junction box to operate
