does it have a dishwasher hookup?

The Waste King L-2600 does have a dishwasher hookup. All Waste King Disposals have a dishwasher hookup.

Does this come with a flange? If not, can I get one that is stainless steel color separately? I only see the oil rubbed bronze option.

The Waste King L-2600 does come with a chrome flange. There is not a compatible flange in the Oil Rubbed Bronze.
