Best web company Staff ever -product so&so The product seems well made structurally. However, I find the design a little less "ergonomic" than my old locks (Schlage). The round knobs are too small and awkward to the human grip. I certainly feel that way and I had a couple of people spontaneously mention the same thing to me without me asking them... Also, note that if you get this product to replace existing locks/knobs, the bore diameter may be different from what you have now. As a result, you may need to do some work on your doors that may require good cutting tools ($$$) and may slow you down time wise as well... However, I have to say this: I got 1st class service by the people at HandleSets during and after my order. Dealing with the staff was even better than my experience at some of the local hardware stores. September 9, 2011

Matches Perfect! We needed an extra deadbolt, and this matched or Handle set we just bought. The Oil Rubbed Bronze is Fantastic. Very nice, rich looking. I see an optional key code in the configure section. I wanted to check and see if there might be a way to have the deadbolt keyed the same. If you can do it, is there an additional charge?

The Weslock 371 will be able to key to a five digit key code. There is no additional charge for this feature.
