Weslock 6691 Woodward II Single Cylinder Entry Handleset from the Elegance Collection
The single cylinder entry handleset locks and unlocks from the exterior using a key and features a thumb turn on the interior side for locking and unlocking. Weslock has recently updated their ordering process. You must select the exterior handle (such as this product) then the interior handle (kit/interior pack) which will be presented to you as you add this item to the cart. Interior Packs are required for installation.

Very Cool Looking and Works Great
These handles are so beautiful! They give our entry doors the contemporary and industrial look we were going for. They really work wonderfully and were a good value compared to some other brands.

beautiful handle set
On the outside, the handle is beautiful, very modern. The lock mechanism feels very safe and sturdy. Not hard to install. The price was right, and delivery was pleasantly fast!

Is the 6691 weatherproof and can work as an outdoor lock for a gate? I live in south california in case that matters.

Can the interior handle be used right or left?
The Weslock 6691 is reversible.
my door has the hinges on the right side as I am looking at it from the outside and the set would be on the left side. Is this a right handed or left handed? Also do I need to buy the interior knob or is that included?

The Weslock 6691 has 5 1/2" center to center spacing between the latch mechanism and the deadbolt.

The Weslock 6691 does have a coordinating dummy unit which is model Weslock 6695.

The Weslock 6691 is able to select the interior portion when you add it to the cart.
Is it possible to mix the finishes on handlesets? My outside doors are black and I would like satin nickel on the outside but oil rubbed bronze on the white interior. Thank you.
We are able to split finishes. When you place your order, please contact customer service so we can note that to the warehouse.
Is the bottom knob merely a dummy, or does it actually lock as well? Meaning, if someone walks out of the house, do they need a key to lock it or will it lock behind them? (Obviously the deadbolt won't, but the handle?)
The Weslock 6691 only locks with the deadbolt. The handle does not have an interior turn lock, the only way to lock it from the outside is with your key.
What is the difference between "drive-in" and "round corner / square corner"?
The latch type refers to the shape that is mortised into the edge of the door. The rectangular "cut out" will have either rounded or squared corners for the faceplate. Drive-in latches do not have a face plate.
